Pricing Questions
What counts as a "user"?
A user is a target mailbox receiving synchronized contacts. If you sync GAL to 500 mailboxes, that's 500 users.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum term. Monthly billing based on active target mailboxes. Scale up or down as needed.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts apply automatically based on your total mailbox count. 500+ gets 10% off, 2,000+ gets 20% off. Enterprise pricing (5,000+) is custom.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start with a trial period to evaluate SyncSE in your environment before committing.
